Payson Retreat!

We had such a BLAST with some of the fun couples in our ward. We had the Willi's, Luthys, and Comerfords. Come up to Payson for a weekend retreat. The Boys planning on only hitting the range at Chapperal Pines were actually able to get on and play for 10.00 with a cart! They were so excited and thought that they were the luckiest men ever! The girls went to the fish hatchery and all of us were hit on by a local trout farmer boy. We felt like we were special. The food was fabulous and we had some great laughs. Thanks to all of our friends for all the hard work they gave and the fun that we had!

Sushi chefs- Who have just learned!

Brad and I love sushi- Well Brads idea of Sushi is something with rice, cream cheese and it being fried. But, for Christmas i got Brad this Kit with a video of how to teach us to make sushi. We had a great time and although we didn't have to much fresh fish it was so interesting to me and I have a new cooking technique to master!

Marriage, is whats brings us together today!

I got Brad the most amazing beautiful new wedding ring ever. It is tungsten and since he has lost so much weight he went from a size 12 ring size down to a 7.5. We waited because Tungsten cant be resized. whoo hoo!

Anniversary weekend, Payson AZ

Brad and I took off to Payson for the weekend! We had some fun in the frozen rock hard snow, and checked out the bustling fish hatchery( which Ive always really wanted to do) and saw the movie Valkarie, and had food and watched lots of football, it was fun, and I am so lucky that my obbsessed football husband gets to share such a special day with at least one football bowl game EVERY year!

So we have a family joke in with my father in the regards to razzing him about how he is a gay man. Really its just funny when he is picking out decor for the cabin or is so interested in plays so other random things. I always tell Brad that I love how my Dad was able to handle all us girls so well and I hope that he can come a bit closer to the femine line rather than the SHOOT IT, KILL IT, MAKE SURE YOU CAN EAT IT mind set. He was dying! in my salon. I bleached his hair while I finished Kelseys blond peekaboos.

Happy one year!

Yep its true Brad and I have been married for our first year! Time has gone so quick and we have many adventures in the past year. We looking forward to more fun times!
This is my top teir to our wedding cake. Michelle has had it in her freezer for a year now so we decieded to bust it out. Really, it wasnt so bad. Wedding cake really cant EVER be that great becuase it needs to be functional rather than somewhat amazing tastin.

Michelle was way too generous! But she and Hay gave me a Cricut vinyl cutting machine for Christmas. It is such a fun thing and I love it and its almost as good as the year that I got a pony.

We really did have such a wonderful time with Brads family, we got his white Christmas and with plenty of fun cooking stuff to do their was little down time. I was freezing Poor olsens sweated out the night because I would always be in my sweater jacket, and a blanket!
